Dr. Asdourian, Bruno is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at the Department of Media and Communication of the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. He has conducted extensive research on various topics such as Participatory and Transparent Strategic Communication,  Public Relations and Social Media, Open Data, Crowdsourcing, and Social media.

While his research on open data, open innovation, and civic engagement was already published in French academic journals, Dr. Asdourian utilized my copyediting and proofreading services to get an English version of his peer-reviewed article originally entitled “Open data, usagers du numérique enterprises publiques”.

The English version of the article was published as a chapter in the book: Strategic Communication for Non-Profit Organisations: Challenges and Alternative Approaches, Vernon Press, 2016.
